Mission

“Our goal is to develop disciplined students who understand God’s mission in creation and are equipped to faithfully live out His calling on their lives. We pursue this mission through classroom instruction, experiential learning, intentional mentorship, and life-giving community.”

Vision

Pack Your Bags (PYB) is designed for first-time Trinity Bible College & Graduate School students willing to dedicate one year to seek God and serve others. It is particularly beneficial for those who are unclear about the next step in their lives. PYB positions students to hear God’s voice through seeking, learning, and serving.

We take a holistic approach to learning. The team takes accredited classes through Trinity Bible College. Our students pursue God together, prepare for ministry together, and reach the lost together. The team become family as they discover more about God, themselves, and their future through courses, mentoring, and their experiences.

Our ministry is diverse. Simply put, we share the love of God everywhere we go, however we can. We often partner with local ministries to strengthen their ongoing work – whether that is street ministry, leading a worship service, playing with orphaned children, preaching in a high school, doing construction work, or stocking a food shelf.

We also engage with the world through adventure. Students may hike, kayak, ride camels, camp in the desert, go on safari, and more.

Meet Joe

“Choosing to attend Trinity for the Pack Your Bags program was probably the best thing I’ve ever done. I was fortunate to be a part of the Nepal team, with some amazing people, and even better leaders. Not gonna lie, when I signed up I didn’t know where Nepal was, but I was in. I can not say enough about how Nepal changed me! The most memorable part was the Nepali hospitality. We were welcomed into numerous homes for tea and fellowship, and greeted with a smile wherever we went. My most impactful moment was on our trek, when our Nepali guide gave me no warning and put me on his back to carry me down a mountain because I was sick from the elevation. There is so much more I could say about the experience in Nepal. Pack Your Bags is a life changing program, if you don’t know what you want to do, or if you do. I came into the program pretty close minded, but left a changed person, more open minded than ever. Do Pack Your Bags, it’s awesome!”
