Josh & Carissa Bialik

Josh & Carissa have led the PackYourBags Experience for the last three years. They both graduated with B.A. degrees in Intercultural Studies & Biblical Studies and have traveled to various nations around the world. With a heart for the lost they desire to reach the nations for Christ and help others find their identity in Him. They believe part of this process is helping people realize what they are passionate about and the areas God has already gifted them in.

"In our time leading PackYourBags, we have traveled thousands of miles with our students. It has been an incredible honor to not only lead these teams around the world but also watch them grow closer to Christ through the journey. Our heart is to see them walk away from this year with a deeper relationship with Jesus, a love for a lost world, and tools in their belt to take on whatever God has called them to. We believe that traveling is the best education and gives the students the opportunities they need to expand their worldview and gain the life skills needed to succeed not only in life but their walk with the LORD."

*A little about them: They are a family of three with their joyous little boy Judah. Carissa loves music/worship, spending time with family & friends, meeting beautiful people all over the world, adventuring to new places, & coffeeshops. Josh loves hiking, exploring National Parks, making a good cup of coffee, & is especially passionate about working with Unreached People Groups.

Mary Beth.jpg

MARY BETH KING

Mary Beth is an exceptional leader who has dedicated her life to the nations. She is coming to us from the great state of Tennessee with a BA in Biblical Studies and an MA in Clinical Counseling.  She began her ministry as a youth pastor and professional mental health counselor before going full time into international ministries. First with Convoy of Hope (in 6 different countries), then transferring full time to Thailand, and finally settling down with the Eurasia region. Her heart is for the nations, young people, and pastoral care.  She will be assigned to both Eurasia and Trinity Bible College directing our Asia Track. We are so thankful to have her join our team!

A short term trip changed the trajectory of my life and showed me what God had created me to do, so I love taking young adults with me and seeing them find their niche in the Great Commission. Youth ministry was a surprising gift from God and left me forever with a pastor's heart so whether I've got a young adult for an hour, a week, or years, it's my heart to pastor them. Super excited to be joining the TBC family!”

*A little about her: Mary Beth loves Coca Cola, a good cup of tea, coloring, finding humor & Jesus in everything, being home, traveling, & spending time with her nieces & nephew.

Zach & April crowe

Zach & April are gifted leaders who have a heart for the nations. They both graduated with B.A. degrees in Intercultural Studies & Biblical Studies and spent a summer working in Northern India. With an evident heart for the broken, they desire to help others experience the beautiful world around them. They are passionate about seeing God move in the lives of students through discipleship. We are thrilled to have this fun, passionate, and caring couple be a part of our leadership team!

"PackYourBags was the program that God used to show us both what our lives would one day be. We are so excited to be a part of what God is doing in the lives of so many young people through PackYourBags. We love the opportunity we have to help lead others into truly knowing who they are as individuals by deepening their knowledge of Jesus Christ, experiencing the world around them, and creating friendships that will last a life-time. And what a joy it is to have some fun and travel the world!"

*A little about them: They are a family of three with their sweet little son Amos. April loves drawing, painting, visiting museums, reading, meeting new people, and going on adventures with friends. Zach loves hiking, roadtrips, Frisbee, weightlifting, reading, and coffee!

INTERNS //

Jason.jpg

Jason Gamber

Jason is an awesome youth leader coming to us from Missouri. He was with his local church as a youth pastor while working in property management. His desire is to be used to reach the lost for the Kingdom and has been doing this recently with youth. His heart for youth & missions grew even more while traveling overseas to multiple countries in Africa & Asia. He will now get to be a part of helping students in PYB grow in their faith & ministries while traveling across the globe. We are excited to have him on our team this year and to see how God is going to use him!

“I love meeting new people and have a heart for missions. I know God called me to full time missions about 4 years ago. I believe in my heart that God has me on this earth to take men and woman across the seas to teach them about different cultures. God brought me out of a life of addictions and fear to a life full of happiness and fulfillment. I have true meaning in my life and I am excited to see where PYB takes me.”

*A little about him: Jason loves sports, being in the outdoors, hunting with his dad and identical twin brother, & working with youth.

Ashley.jpg

Ashley Sweet

Ashley is a dedicated leader who has been a youth pastor for 3 years in Missouri while working as a Baker in a local coffee shop. Her heart is for mentorship, young people, & missions. Her passion for these things grew while on a missions trip overseas & now she gets to help students in PYB whom will be experiencing that same life change. We are so looking forward to having her be a part of our team this year!

I just love seeing young people go after God wholeheartedly. I know that I am not perfect and I have a past but I am thankful that God uses broken people. I am thankful for the opportunities I have had the last few years at my home church to speak into the students lives. I am excited for this next season as I become part of the leadership team, mentor students, and be totally submerged in the atmosphere at Trinity Bible College. I am just tickled pink to see what God has in store for us. I am ready and willing to do whatever God wants.”

*A little about her: Ashley loves being outside, exploring, trying new things, travel, food, and ministry.
